Recovery Day

Just as important as all the other days in your split, a recovery day is vital to muscle growth and health. A recovery day doesn't mean laying in bed all day. You should still be moving and exercising. These days are known as active recovery, and allow your muscles to rebuild while also keeping you loose and working out soreness.
